The key components of the intelligent infrastructure are the Bluetooth Gateway (BLEGW) and the Controller (CTRL). No pairing required, but immediate and automatic connection to BLE devices. The system transmits the measured values, sends commands to instruments for tolerance settings, calibration data, instruments position, etc. It is possible to roam instruments between BLEGW and remote management. For our manufacturing process we used the same components as for example companies Sony and others. Programming of individual components, our own operating system and BLE software, give us 100% control over the system and hundreds of parallel connected BLE device processes .
